Hey Every Body Happy New Year!!! What are you planning to do in 2015?
I have found my winning combination of balanced nutrition and exercise...really, in the past 2 years I have been researching and living a ketogenic life...and getting the results I was dreaming of and totally having to educate myself on healthy living, balance and exercise and getting to find the most natural way that totally makes sense with my mind and body. Wouldn't you know, I realize I have been overworking myself for years not only in the gym, at the office and yes, I am a super mom, too...but sometimes I am not sure if I can keep up and that's when I'd see myself really struggling.
